As we had informed you earlier, Joseph Carlino was indicted by a Grand Jury on November 2, 2017. Jersey State Memorial Park (JSMP) has recently learned that Joseph Carlino has pled guilty to the charges and has agreed to pay $148,000.00 as restitution to some of his victims. He is scheduled to be sentenced on or about December 14, 2018.

Please note that the restitution money will be distributed among some of Joseph Carlino’s victims who paid him during a certain period covered by the Statute of Limitations. JSMP, despite being the recipient of two judgments against Joseph Carlino totaling $1.151 million dollars, will not receive any of this money.
