and location noted below. At this special meeting, lot owners will elect three Trustees to its Board
of Trustees

Please note that only lot owners holding verifiable proof(s) of ownership will be eligible
to vote and that each group, if qualified, is entitled to a maximum of up to 100 votes.
Please further note that any individuals and/or groups, who purchased graves from Joseph
Carlino or Anthony Sparno after Octgbqr 2005, will not be eligible to attend, vote or otherwise
participate at the special meeting on July 27,2017. All such grave sales have been deemed null
and void, and unenforceable against the Jersey State Memorial Park by court order.
